Superb Hotel customer support assisted me obtain a new key when I requested for assistance. The breakfast and food stuff generally speaking was perfect. All of the staff members I contacted were being exceptionally enjoyable.

Good hotel, everything is close by. Employees are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak good English. You will find activities each evening and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Wonderful value for the money!

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff at the reception were there at every hrs. The beds had been comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Quite wonderful hotel and terrific location. Unquestionably will advise The Maids Head Hotel!

Really nice and perfectly clean place. The placement is great, exactly what we were looking for. Beds were being really comfortable. There wasn’t a lot about the social atmosphere but surely is superior for a full night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will probably come once again for my future visit to Norwich.
